In 2010 we officially started with our “Chambres d’hôtes”, for many better known as “Bed and Breakfast” We have 5 spacious rooms which are decorated with taste. Each room has authentic elements that we have tried to preserve as much as possible. There is also a real “pipowagen” placed on our property, suitable for 2 people, furnished with a box bed and for rent from 2 nights. Nowedays the formula has been changed to Logies / Gites.

The long gable farm, in which the rooms are located, is located on a property of about 7 hectares and is surrounded by woods and meadows. The terrain is spacious and well-organized and therefore suitable for children. Meanwhile, we have created a jeu de boules track (Cercle de Pétanque) and have a swimming pool, where everyone, during the warm days, can relax. For the little ones we set up a children’s pool in the summer and there are various bikes and toys available for them. There are also 10 chickens, 1 dog and 2 cats walking around the grounds.

In our beautiful “hangar” we have made a simple outdoor kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, various pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Here can be cooked by our guests themselves and of course the BBQ or stone grill can always be used.

In the high season comes the ‘pizza car’ once a week, we organize a BBQ evening and once or twice a week a ‘cook on location’ will prepare your meal.

There are several terraces decorated on “Champeaux”. Would you like to retire with a good book or enjoy peace, quiet and vistas, then this is fine.

The Allier is ideal for walking and cycling (mountain biking) from Champeaux you can walk or cycle in the forest where various routes are mapped out.
